- basic principles
- mobilisation of spine,
- shoulder and hip joints
- initial activation of abdominals
A slower paced class, beginning to build
strength and flexibility.

For those with some Pilates
experience, who want to strengthen and tone their body.
A full body workout, this class will build core strength and endurance, while improving overall flexibility
and focus.
